Health & Safety Notice
Version: 2026-10-10
- Not medical advice. Pipe Press ("the Game") is entertainment. Nothing in it is medical, health or fitness advice, and it is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- Get medical advice first. Consult a doctor or other qualified health professional before using the Game or starting any exercise programme, especially if you:
- have or have had heart disease, high or low blood pressure, chest pain, fainting or dizziness;
- have joint, back, shoulder, elbow or wrist problems, or a recent injury or surgery;
- are pregnant or have recently given birth;
- have any other medical condition, or take medication that affects heart rate or balance;
- are new to exercise or returning after a long break.
- Stop immediately and seek medical help if needed if you feel pain, pressure or tightness in the chest, dizziness, light-headedness, nausea, unusual shortness of breath, or sharp or worsening pain anywhere.
- Know your limits. The Game rewards precision and endurance, but your body comes first. Rest whenever you need to, even if it ends your run. Correct form matters more than score.
- Safe setup.
- Use a clear, dry, non-slip surface with enough room around you. Keep pets, children and objects away.
- Place your phone or device on a stable surface in front of your hands, where you cannot fall or press on it. Don't balance it somewhere it could fall and break or hurt someone.
- Make sure there is enough light and the screen is visible without you straining your neck.
- Tracking can be wrong. Pose tracking, rep counting, form cues and scores are estimates and may be inaccurate. They are not a measure of fitness, health or correct technique.
- Children. Minors may only play with a parent's or guardian's permission and should be supervised.
